Preparing an order
Since I do everything alone, I usually take from 5 to 8 days (weekend excluded) to pack orders.
During my convention seasons it can take up to 10 days.
Sometimes I'll be a bit slow, I hope you will understand. On my instagram I always give updates about orders and conventions!
Shipment
Shipping costs are based on package weight and destination Country, which are automatically calculated during check out.
I'm shipping with national finnish post, and sometimes with italian national post if I'm in the country during your order.
To mantain the fees as low as I can, shipping does NOT have a tracking number. Even so, finnish posts are very efficient and safe and it's very rare to occur into issues!
For NON-EU customer
I ship from Europe, so be aware that customs duties might occur upon arrival in your Country, and that is not under my control.
It is your own responsibility to deal with customs: in case you refuse to pay VAT fees upon arrival, the package will be shipped back to me and you won't be entitled of any refunds.
Do you accept international GO?
Yes I do! But for GOs (Group Orders) or in general any big order, please contact me first before placing an order, so that we can find the best shipping option!
I want to cancel/modify my order
Before placing an order, carefully check everything. After the order is placed, you can't modify it.
It's possible to cancel an order only if I haven't shipped it yet, so you have to contact me by email or instagram as soon as possible.
My package is late/lost!
No panic! Sometimes shippings can take longer due to several and unforeseen reasons such as COVID, holidays, strikes etc., so please be patience.
If the package is officially lost, I suggest you to get in contact with your local post office to resolve the issue.
Please understand that I won't be responsible for it, since these are issues caused by post offices and are not under my control! (I wish they could be :'))
Returns and refunds
Returns/refunds are accepted only if an item arrived damaged/broken, and only after a proper evaluation of the issue.
You will need to send me detailed pictures of the faulty parts, so that I will be able to confirm that the damage was not caused by you.
Please contact me as soon as possible so we will try to find a solution. Based on the degree of the damage, I will offer different options.
Enamel Pins grading - Guide
First thing to keep in mind: an enamel pin is a handmade product, which means it's often not 100% flawless, and can have very little (and often unnoticeable) defects.
I carefully quality check every pin before shipping and I divide pins by three grades:
A, B, C.
♥ A-GRADE (or standard quality) can have little to no flaws, such as small imperfection in the metal, tiny scratches, little black spots in the glitter, or unnoticeable air bubbles.
♥ B-GRADE has instead more noticeable flaws but still not too severe, such as missing enamel on some small parts, unfilled areas and tiny smudges.
♥ C-GRADE has very noticeable mistakes such as big areas with missing enamel or miscoloring.
When no further info is specified in the item options, it means the pin is a standard A-grade.
If you purchase a B/C grade, you CAN'T choose which flaws you "prefer", it will be randomic, hence prices are heavily discounted for these two type of grades.
